Do I need to create an account?
Yes. All features require a verified AutoLogIQ account. Creating an account is free and takes less than a minute.
What payment methods are accepted?
All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also supported.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime from your account dashboard or billing portal. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
What's the difference between a report and a subscription?
A report is a one-time purchase for a single analysis. A subscription gives you unlimited analyses for the duration of your plan.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. AutoLogIQ never stores your card details.
What can I do for free?
Every app works with a free account. BuyLogIQ shows the deal score, verdict and asking price vs. estimated value; DataLogIQ shows the log summary, channel statistics and the first findings; RepairLogIQ shows the verdict, totals and the first three lines checked. A subscription or a single-report purchase unlocks the full analysis.
How do single reports work?
A single report unlocks one full analysis in that app. One report is used each time you run an analysis in that app while you don't have a subscription for it.
What about BusinessLogIQ?
BusinessLogIQ is included with your AutoLogIQ account. No separate plan is sold for it today, and your shop's data is private to your account.
