Privacy Policy

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash).

Usage data: We collect first-party website analytics such as pages visited, links and buttons used, form-submission events, session identifiers, timestamps, referrer pages, browser/device type, language, timezone, and viewport size. We do not include form contents, passwords, uploaded files, listing text, repair bills, or authorization tokens in analytics events.

Vehicle data: Any vehicle information, OBD2 logs, repair bills, or listing data you submit for analysis. This data is used solely to provide the analysis service and is not retained beyond what is necessary.

Payment information: Payment is processed by Stripe. We never store your card number or full payment details.

Technical data: We use an IP address while processing an analytics request, but store only a shortened salted hash rather than the original address. We also process browser type, device information, and cookies necessary for authentication.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their marketing or commercial purposes. Period.

Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's privacy policy.

AI providers: Anonymized analysis requests may be processed by third-party AI services. Personal identifiers are removed before transmission.

Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority.

We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies.

Account data is retained while your account is active.

Analysis data (log files, listing text, repair bills) is retained only as long as needed to deliver the result and is not used for training purposes without explicit consent.

First-party analytics events are stored in our own server logs and retained only as long as reasonably needed for traffic, product, security, and reliability analysis.

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage, secure HTTPS connections, and hashed passwords.

No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

We use essential cookies to maintain your authenticated session. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
