By accessing or using AutoLogIQ (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using any AutoLogIQ service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Account Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You must provide accurate information and verify your email address. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. Services
AutoLogIQ provides AI-powered automotive intelligence tools including BuylogIQ, DatalogIQ, RepairlogIQ, and DashlogIQ. Services are provided 'as-is' and are subject to change. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid features require a valid subscription or per-report purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact support within 7 days of a charge. Payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.
5. Free Accounts
Free accounts have limited access to features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue free tier features at any time with reasonable notice.
6. AI Analysis Disclaimer
AutoLogIQ's AI analyses are informational only and do not constitute professional automotive, mechanical, financial, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant purchasing or repair decisions. We make no warranty that any analysis is accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not: use our services for illegal purposes; attempt to circumvent subscription requirements; reverse engineer, scrape, or copy our platform; upload malicious files or content; impersonate other users or AutoLogIQ; violate any applicable law or regulation.
8. Intellectual Property
AutoLogIQ and all related trademarks, logos, and product names are the property of AutoLogIQ. Our software, algorithms, and content are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our services for personal or business purposes.
9. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoLogIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to vehicle purchase decisions, repair outcomes, or reliance on AI-generated analyses.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoLogIQ from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except for claims that qualify for small claims court.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated by email or site notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
